Starting Monday 13th October at 6pm, MSATT will be running a series of lessons/discussions on a wide range of astronomical topics in the Common Room. All MSATT students are welcome to come along for some astronomical fun!

We’ll choose the topics on the first night, but options include:

· Stars and Stellar Evolution
· Extreme Astronomy (white dwarfs to black holes)
· Telescope Mounts
· Our Solar System
· Lunar and Planetary Imaging
· Spectroscopy
· Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence
· The Science of Science Fiction
