We only need another half dozen and we’re done! That’s two each from three people, one each from six…you get the idea. Can you help?

MSATT is calling for donations of plants (Photinia robusta) to be placed around the domes. These will eventually form a hedge to help keep the grounds immediately surrounding the telescopes cool, reducing air turbulence. So far, we’ve had pledges of half a dozen but would like to at least double that number. If you would like to help, let us know as we’re planting out in February. Donated plants can be dropped off at MSATT where they’ll be taken care of until then.

Plants can be purchased for around $15 each from Bunnings, Rodney’s, etc.
