MSATT offers students a range of approaches to spectroscopy, from simple introductory projects to high resolution spectra. Spectroscopy is a technique that can be used in a wide range of astronomical projects. Further, the fundamental skills learned are applicable to almost every branch of science and engineering. In 2023, MSATT students will have the opportunity to study spectroscopy even if they’ve no experience in astronomy.
